Our 3D inspection and measurement solutions line offers a series of 3D machine vision components and all-in-one systems for rapid three-dimensional measurement in accordance with the laser-scanning triangulation process based on C3 technology. At the heart of our product range lies the C3 series of 3D cameras: intelligent, high-speed industrial cameras. By offering these products, we aim to enable our customers to perform industrial inspection tasks with even greater efficiency and at even lower cost.
Thanks to the intelligent way the camera processes the image data, C3 technology allows rates of measurement not previously attained, for use in inspection, measurement and grading applications.
C3 technology makes it possible to attain top profile-measurement speeds at maximum measurement resolution. By using standard interfaces (CameraLink, Gigabit Ethernet), it is possible to integrate this technology into new and existing systems efficiently. Because the image data is processed in the camera intelligently, only the data that is relevant to the application - such as profile height readings and intensity values - are determined and sent via the interface to a further image-processing system. This enormous reduction in data allows measurement speeds on a scale not previously attained, whilst placing the smallest of loads on the downstream image-processing system.
